How long will it take before I receive my order/s?
For fully paid orders, our production
lead time will be 4-5 weeks only. For personalized ring (change of NAME, NUMBER
INSERT and STONE COLOR) our production lead time will be 5-6 weeks only and you
will enjoy your brand new ring.
How About the Shipping?
We give FREE Shipping
and Handling inside United States and Canada. For other countries please contact
me for additional information. Standard delivery time is 3-5 days via FedEx
Express International after tracking number is forwarded. Please provide your
complete shipping address with contact number. P.O box address is NOT accepted.
No Import Tax and FREE drop shipping! A tracking number will be sent to you
immediately after pick up.

How do I take care my precious ring?
Simple steps that will help you keep
your jewelry look like "brand new" When cleaning your jewelry, simply
soak it in warm water with a little mild soap or ammonia. If necessary scrub
the stone potions with a soft toothbrush to loosen debris or to clean behind
stones. After brushing, just rinse with lukewarm water and allow the jewelry to
dry. Do NOT rub your jewelry with anything rough other than a polishing cloth
or fine piece of cotton cloth. Avoid coming in contact with chemicals like
chlorine, perfumes, and hair products when wearing your jewelry. Remember to
always store your jewelry in a clean, dry and soft place. Placing it in a ring
box is ideal to keep it brilliant.
Are there other alternative or cheaper metals?
We also make Rings and Jewelries in
real Yellow and White Gold metal, Pure 925 Sterling Silver, Jewelers Gold and
Silver Alloy. If you like to have your ring made in these metals please send me an email. I will surely give you a reasonable

How do I measure my ring size?
How to measure your finger 1. Wrap a
piece of string or paper strip around the base of your finger. 2. Mark the
string or paper where it overlaps to form a complete circle. 3. Measure the
length of the section of string or paper where it overlaps around the finger.
4. Compare your measurement with this chart to determine your ring size. 5.
Please note: You need to take the knuckle into consideration when sizing. The
base of your finger may be smaller then your knuckle. Also wider bands should
be sized ½ -1 size larger. ***To get your friends ring size, ask to clean
his/her ring the next time in the mall. Most jewelry stores will do it for
free. Then you can secretly ask the sales person to check the size for you. Or
you can slip hi/her ring on your finger and mark the spot it fits. Then measure
that spot with the directions above.
